Q.  What's the difference between Service Plan and Service Club?

Our Service Plan offers car servicing carried out by fully trained technicians, whereas the Service Club gives you access to a wide range of exclusive discounts and offers. The Service Club is included in your Service Plan, so there are no extra costs!

Q.  What happens to the service plan if I change my vehicle?

We will transfer any money you have previously paid against your former vehicle and use it towards your service plan on your new vehicle.

Q.  Can I cancel my service plan?

You are able to cancel your service plan at any time by submitting your request in writing.

Q.  What happens if I’ve paid for a year upfront then want to cancel my service plan?

You will be able to receive a full refund for the Service Plan you have paid, less your Administration charge
