A full valid drivers licence held for a minimum of 3 years with no more than 9 points for minor offences, which are to be reviewed at the hire company's discretion.
-Drivers must be between 25 and 76 years of age, anyone between 21-24 years old may hire providing they have no more than 6 points on their licence and are subject to a £5 per day young driver surcharge.
-An additional form of identification is also required, for UK residents a utility bill issued in the last 90 days and photographic ID (if using a paper only licence).
-Valid overseas driving licences are also acceptable at the company's discretion when accompanied by a current passport.
Insurance & Damage Liability
All vehicles are insured for comprehensive risk, in the event of accidental damage to, and / or loss, of the insured vehicle. The hirer is responsible for the level of excess liability as noted on the rental agreement. The excess liability may be partially waived to £100, by payment of an additional £5 per day charge termed CDW/Damage Liability reduction. Insurance provided is in accordance with the provisions of the Insurance Policy, a copy of which is available for inspection upon request.
*Weekend rate is from 4pm Friday to 10am Monday.
