The Vauxhall Insignia VXR

Insignia has a new identity. And a VXR mind-set. It’s clearly got something to say – muscular front bumper with vertical air intakes, rear diffuser and integrated matt chrome tailpipes on every model– hatchback, saloon and Sports Tourer. At the same time, the 2.8 litre V6 Turbo produces 325PS and 435Nm. It hits 60mph in 5.8 seconds. And comes with Adaptive 4X4 and an electronic Limited Slip Differential (eLSD). • Unique VXR lowered chassis with tuned bushing and damper settings, FlexRide, Adaptive 4X4 and electronic Limited Slip Differential (eLSD)
• HiPerStrut front suspension for reduced torque-steer and ultimate grip – wet or dry
• Brembo vented/cross-drilled discs for superb braking performance
• 19-inch alloy or optional 20-inch forged alloy wheels (illustrated right) and Pirelli sport tyres for reduced unsprung weight
• Available in Olympic White, Power Red, Silver Lake, Technical Grey, Arden Blue and Carbon Flash
