Hi Jon,  I just wanted to drop you an e-mail to let you know how pleased I am with my new car, and also to say thank you to you and all your staff who made the whole process so easy. Everybody from reception to sales (especially Ben!) were so welcoming and helpful, nothing was too much trouble, and all our questions (of which Dom had many!) were answered patiently and clearly. We’re looking forward to giving the car a good run on the way to Devon on Friday, and so far we love it, although I think that between the kids and the new puppy it won’t be looking quite so pristine for too long! Jason,  I am writing to advise you of the excellent level of support provided by Ryan Bartholomew, Trainee Sales Executive. I first met Ryan at Now Vauxhall, Addlestone when viewing the new Astra. I did not proceed with the purchase at that time as it was not possible to beat the VAT increase deadline. I told Ryan that if I went ahead with a purchase he would be my point of contact. I had then decided to put on hold the purchase of a new car however Ryan then phoned me to advise me of an Astra that I may be interested in. Ryan had clearly seen an opportunity and listened to my previous comments. I am delighted with the new purchase and likewise delighted with the level of support provided by Ryan. Ryan was always courteous, polite and professional without ever ''pushing'' the sale. Ryan will remain my point of contact for further sales for myself and family.

Dear Mr Taylor,  My son and I visited your showroom earlier in December. We are both Vauxhall drivers and I was looking to buy a Corsa.
