We are a forward thinking, innovative and hightly successful Vauxhall Dealer Group, established in 2006. Since we started trading we have been recognised with several industry awards and have seen our business grow considerably. Due to continuing business requirements, we are looking to recruit two Vehicle Health Check Sales Advisors to join our teams at Staples Corner and Hayes.
Vehicle Health Checks are something we do as part of our duty of care for our Service customers. Every vehicle that comes into our workshop undergoes a 36 point check to ensure the vehicle is in top condition. The customer then receives a video e-mail showing the health check and advising them if any work has been recommended.
We are looking for someone to take ownership of the follow up calls to our customers to discuss the content of the video and co-ordinate the sale of additional work on their vehicle to ensure its safety and smooth running. This will involve liaising with the technicians in the workshop to get a good understanding of what has been found and the implications to the customer.
Due to the nature of the role you must be articulate and able to provide plenty of detail during the conversation. You will be representing the company so you must always have a polished and professional approach. You will be a confident communicator with a friendly manner. You will put customer service at the forefront of everything you do to ensure 100% customer satisfaction.

Sales or telesales experience are essential to be considered for this position.
The hours are Mon-Fri 9.30-4.30 with a 30 minute lunch break, a total of 32.5 hours per week.
In return for your hard work you will be offered a competitive salary of subject to experience + upsell bonus and performance bonus, company pension and 22 days paid holiday rising to a maximum of 25 days with length of service. Your basic salary is paid monthly and bonus a month in arrears.
