Are you a successful Call Centre or Business Development Advisor looking for a new challenge?
We are a forward thinking, innovative and highly successful Vauxhall Dealer Group, established in 2006. Over the past eight years we have been recognised with several industry awards and have seen our business grow considerably.
Due to this continued success and expansion, we are currently looking for a Contact Centre Advisor to join the Team at our Business Development Centre at our office in Swindon. We have various full time shifts between 8am and 7pm, working Monday to Friday with a weekend rota.
Our advisers take calls from both new and existing customers, and convert those opportunities into Service appointments across our group. We also deal with all of our digital enquiries and provide a customer support function for our dealerships. The roles will provide both variety and a challenge to the successful candidates.
The roles will involve making outbound calls to our quality database to help grow our business and achieve our objectives, as well as calls following up on enquiries made by our customers.
You will be focused and rewarded on achieving excellent customer satisfaction standards and company quality requirements, whilst also driving forward additional business opportunities.
Our ideal candidate will have previous experience working in a sales or customer service based environment either face to face or on the phone.
Previous experience in the automotive trade is a benefit however not necessary, as full training will be given.
You will have an excellent telephone manner, quickly build a rapport with your customer, possess strong listening skills and be attentive to detail. You will thrive on a challenge and enjoy working as part of a successful team.
